Not all invisible hearing aids are the same, so you should ask yourself a few questions before deciding which is ideal for you. How invisible should they be? Is wireless, Bluetooth, or rechargeable technology vital to you? Do you need a tinnitus solution? Are you seeking the most inexpensive hearing aids?
New micro-components, 3D computer design, and 3D laser printing technology are all helping to reduce the size of invisible hearing aids. This also enables more precise manufacturing. They are most suited for moderate to severe hearing loss, and all require excellent impressions from a wax-free ear canal.
Starkey’s Signature Series IIC (Invisible-In-Canal) is crafted for those seeking a discreet yet high-performing hearing solution. It fits deep within the ear canal, making it mostly unnoticeable to others. Each device is custom-moulded to the wearer’s ear, ensuring a secure, deep and comfortable fit throughout the day.
Despite its small size, the Signature Series IIC delivers advanced sound processing to help improve speech clarity in diverse listening environments and maintains natural sound quality. The device also features robust moisture and wax protection, helping to enhance reliability and longevity.
Users can expect a personalised hearing experience that focuses on clarity, comfort, and confidence in everyday communication situations.
Liverpool Hearing Centre is the only Phonak approved practice to provide Phonak Lyric invisible hearing aids in Lancashire & Merseyside
Phonak Lyric is the only continuous-wear product available. A specially trained audiologist expertly inserts the hearing aid deep inside your ear canal, where it remains for three to four months. During this time, the hearing aid is not taken out. You can shower, go to the gym and sleep with it without experiencing any discomfort in your ears.
The Signia Silk Charge&Go IX is rated highly on the 2026 list of the finest invisible hearing aids. These aids were first supposed to be larger due to rechargeable technology, yet they are surprisingly tiny. They are practically imperceptible in the ear and come in black and mocha, with black typically being the more discrete choice.
They have a wireless charging case for on-the-go convenience. They also provide personalised ear sleeves or moulds, smartphone app control, a miniPocket remote for adjustments, and compatibility with a CROS transmitter for single-sided deafness. Their inconspicuous design, rechargeability, and versatile control choices set them apart.
We should also mention that the case for this includes additional charges, allowing you to unhook it while on the go, and that it is even wireless, allowing you to place it on a charging pad and have it charge automatically.
Oticon has done something genuinely new: packed flagship-level AI processing and full Bluetooth connectivity into an invisible hearing aid. The Zeal sits almost invisibly in your ear canal while
delivering the same sound quality as its premium behind-the-ear models.
The hearing aid offers same-day fitting, a 20-hour rechargeable battery, and IP68 water resistance. No more choosing between discretion and performance.
Above are just four of the smallest hearing aids we provide at Liverpool Hearing Centre. As an independent hearing centre, we actually provide all of the world's smallest and most technologically advanced hearing aids.
